Hmm, well I have Anxiety Disorder and I have waves of heat pass over me where I feel like I need to rip all my clothes off really quickly. Hot flushes and cold flushes are a symtpom of Anxiety, but just to be sure, go to a doctor who can reassure you. Feeling fatigued is definitely another symptom of anxiety, especially when you’re feeling very on edge. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. My other symptoms of Anxiety Disorder include – feeling like I’m gonna pass out all the time, feeling like my head is going to explode with anxiety, feeling edgy and not being able to sit still, avoiding situations, getting hot flustery hands, numbness in my face and arms, feeling like I’m going to lose control of my bowels, twicthing, sweating, tight chest… I could go on.. Oh isn’t Anxiety Disorder fun!? Haha, but in all seriousness, we can overcome this ****! :)

    Treatment for Panic Attacks

Most likely those are symptoms of the anxiety. They crazy thing is sometimes these attacks are purely physical. Your body get into a “fight or flight” response and cause all of that.

You should go see someone (psychologist) anyway. They can help you deal with it so it doesn’t happen as long or as often.

Yes this happens, because you are getting too much oxygen to your brain when you hyperventilate calm down take long slow breaths, you are not dieing, you are not having a heart attack. you are getting too much oxygen.Breathing into a paper bag sometimes helps. The main thing is to try to keep calm, and the attacks will go away.

Hey, I truly understand how you feel…

The uncomfortable symptoms like sweaty palms, “jelly” legs, extreme alertness, “impending doom” feeling and the fight-or-flight response.
I’ve been there. I’m an ex-victim. Sometimes the deep breathing or distraction techniques doesn’t work – a full-blown panic or anxiety attack happens later.
Sometimes you experience panic attack out of the blue and such.

Do NOT buy Panic Away, Linden Method, EasyCalm or the Panic Puzzle. They do NOT work – I’ve tried them and their solutions are similar – it DOESN’T WORK.
Medications do NOT work – I was under many antidepressants (Prozac, Lexapro, Paxil and Zoloft) and anti-anxiety medications (Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax) but my condition was the same – no improvement at all.

The only program that really work is The Panic Attack Solution. It’s found by an ex-victim. You can check out his old blog in his official website to read up some useful tips.
But the package is the best – it teaches 17 powerful techniques and the real solution to panic attacks. I’ve bought it and it really helped me – it’s the BEST anti-anxiety package or book I’ve read.
His theory really makes sense and it works effectively!
