Where is my lower back pain coming from?

Has anyone else had very uncomfortable pressure in the lower back? To alleviate the pressure, I have to curb my back when standing. When I walk for long distances, I get really bad leg spasms. I am seeing a chiropractor to no avail.

I would go to the doc or try another chiropractor. You might also want to try a more support shoe or insole. Ice your back when possible to relax the muscles.

hey dont worry
i have the same problem. but i dont feel pressure like u do, but terrible pain where i cant walk without limping.
These pains come randomly, whether im laying down wrong, or i didnt stretch enough ( i stretch every night before i go to sleep so that i wont go through stiffness and pain in the morning)
and when my pain does come again. i just lay down on the hard floor (in my house of course, lol, ) and curb my pelvic bone by lifting up my belly so i form an arch with my back..and it pops my pelvic bone in place..
i’ve been doing this for awhile and i tell u. dont do it, because the pain gets worse and worse (not the pelvic popping thing, but the pain)
I went to see my uncle who is a bone doctor/surgeon and he x-rayed my lower back and it showed that my lower spine connected to my pelvic bone was crooked.
i can either get rid of it by stretching for one hour a day everyday (which i dont have the time to)
Or i can get surgery
overall
ur only two options are stretching everyday for one hour OR getting surgery
but THATS my lower back problem. urs is probably different from mine. but ur problems sounds similar to mine.
u can go get it x-rayed and find out what to do from ur doctor rather than getting it fixed for only a limited time by a chiropractor
hope this helped

Pain always comes from somewhere other than where you are experiencing it. You can search for drugs, or someone to cut up parts of you, but until you get to the real source of the pain, the pain will remain. Pain can be caused by physical, mental, emotional causes- past, present or future.
Check out Dr Kam Yuen, a former DC, (if you care about credentials). He has treated 30,000+ people for pain relief by getting to the real cause.
