what’s wrong with me,i have lower back pain and spreading to my legs and stops at my feet?

I heard that if you get an epidural you can get back aches that come and go for the rest of your life,well i had an epidural when i had my baby…could this pain possibly be because of the epidural.It happens like 1 time out of 2 weeks.
