    i have ocd, anytime i get a sinus infection , bronchitus etc and i have a hard time breathing, yes it does make me end up having a panic attack, best thing for me is to call someone up and talk about anything to get my mind off of it, usualy helps!!good luck!!

    Upper respiratory infection is an infection, usually viral, of the upper respiratory system which includes your throat, nose, bronchi. It usually resolves on its own.
    It should not cause any anxiety unless you have difficulty breathing or are in pain.
