What is wrong with me?

harmonyplz asked:

For years now I have been having problems off and on. At first I thought I could be having a heart trouble…then because of my age..(33) .many people have told me that the symptoms I am experiencing is probably anxiety or panic attacks. After a couple of years of these symptoms these problems seem to be getting worse. I am going to explain what I go through and if anyone has any idea at all what this could be PLEASE let me know. I know I am going to get a lot of answers telling me to see a doctor…but the plain fact is I don’t have health insurance…I am on unemployment and can not afford to see the doctor…so short of me having a heart attack there is probably no chance of me going to the doctor. Just knowing what this might be would help me greatly then I could look to home remedies and or lifestyle changes to make it better.

Most of these symptoms happen at night…when I lie down for bed…I am not sleeping yet but just getting relaxed…usually my eyes are closed and and then all of a sudden I experience blood rushing all through my body…I feel the rush from the center part of my chest to my head and down my arms and legs. My hands and feet start to tingle. I feel almost as if I am falling or about to lose consciousness…almost like I am going to black out. I feel like I could stop breathing and even sometimes I sit straight up in bed to take a gulp of air. Usually during these times I check my blood pressure and it is kind of high…not to high..but last night my readings were 147/90. There is a tightness in my chest and some pressure but not pain really. Just discomfort. Sometimes it feels like I am choking or my throat closing in…I even feel fluid coming into my throat sometimes and find it hard to swallow. I do have chronic heartburn but usually not in the evening. Sometimes I feel very dizzy or lightheaded and sometimes my feet go numb as if I am having circulation issues. Other times I have a dull pain in my upper left chest area almost in front of my shoulder..above my ****** and I feel like I have to move my arm and shoulder around to work out the tightness.

These symptoms have been happening to me for a few years now…sometimes I can go months without having them other times I have them every night for months. I truly don’t believe I am having anxiety attacks even though the symptoms are similar…quite frankly I am not an anxious person…I am very laid back and take things as they come. I do not overly worry about things and I am not generally stressed out.

I really hope someone out there can point me in the right direction. I am a mother of two boys and really don’t want to go to bed one night and never wake up…I am scared…and I know I need to get ot the DR’s but I just can’t afford it. Please if anyone knows what this is let me know. Thanks so much!
Forgot to mention heart palpatations and flutters too.

It sounds to me like you may have BP issues. 147/90 is not a “not too high” level, it’s high enough to medicate.

If you feel pressure in your chest, it could be you’re retaining a fair bit of fluid. Change your diet. Stop eating salty foods. Stop eating anything packaged, pre-prepared, processed, frozen, canned, cured, etc. Don’t add salt to your food.

Switch to eating raw, fresh foods. Eat from the four food groups.

Get out for walks and fresh air.

Drink a lot more water, you may be dehydrated.

In addition, it could be that you have crystals in your ears or vertigo. It’s disorienting but it won’t kill you. You would notice it at night when you get into bed the most.

I honestly think you need a checkup and a doctor. Keep monitoring your blood pressure. It should be 120/80. Higher than 135 and you may need to medicate it but try to lower it naturally first.

Sound like your simptom exactly how I felt when I had panic attack. Panic attacks are sudden feelings of terror that strike without warning. These episodes can occur at any time, even during sleep. Most people with panic attacks experience several of the following symptoms:

    “Racing” heart
    Feeling weak, faint, or dizzy
Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers
Sense of terror, of impending doom or death
    Feeling sweaty or having chills
    Chest pains
    Breathing difficulties
    Feeling a loss of control

Seem like you have panic attack but in order to make sure you need to see your doctor to help you feel better also. Panic attack also is one of the symptom not easy to get rid of. I had panic attack over 5 years. My doctor gave me many different medicine and even he gave me Xanax still did not help.

Finally I have found one method that work on me and helped me get rid of panic attack forever. I also have read some good stories about the people who success when used the same method here:

You can chek to know more about your symptom and the method to help you feel better. Your mood also come from this symtom so you need to know mre abut your symptom and findhe right methd to help you feel better.
