What is happening to me? It’s not a panic attack?

Carly asked:
I looked up the symptoms of a panic attack, and that’s not what happens. I start breathing heavy, I feel like crying, my chest feels weird, and I feel like I’m in a enclosed place or something. Is this a panic attack or what?
But I’m not going pale or thinking I’m going to die or anything like that.

Im afraid those are the beginning stages of cancer. you have to drink water, and lots of it, and call your doctor immediatley AFTER you drink the water. tell them your symptoms and ask what to do about the cancer

How to Make Solar Power
Those are the classic symptoms of a panic attack, especially when you start to breathe heavily it sets of a cycle of changes in the body chemistry that leads to those feelings of being breathless, heavy in the chest, anxious, scared, pounding heart, dizziness, etc. It’s to do with the co2/oxygen balance in the body and it’s why the symptoms feel extremey uncomfortable, even frightening because they are REAL symptoms (not imagined like some people believe). However panic attacks cannot cause you harm physically, but they can cause extreme psychological distress which may require anti anxiety meds or therapy.
And no, not everyone feels they are going to die, some people feel like they are losing control or going crazy. In your case it was feelings of being trapped in an enclosed place, it usually depends on your own fears I guess.
But you should get checked out with the doctor just to make sure everything is definitely ok and also to put your mind at rest. If you require anti anxiety treatment/therapy then this can be offered to help you cope with the attacks.
Hope you feel better soon.
