what does it mean when u have sholder pain that goes thru to ya back and down your arm?

I’m not a doc but I had the same thing and it lasted for 3 months until I got it under control it was a pinched nerve in my neck and they put me in daily physical therapy that included traction where they like pulled my head straight up off my body gently and it worked!! Go see your doctor and if he’s good he’ll refer you to get therapy and you’ll get this problem taken care of. There for a while I thought I could die because the pain was constant!!
