what can I do to help lessen panic at school?

I’m a 14 year old female (almost 15) who has panic disorder and I’m starting high school and I was wondering if anyone had any tips to help me out during school since that’s when I’m most panicky.
I’m already on medication for my panic disorder, and I go to a psychologist but since high school is such a big step I’m still nervous. Almost all of my friends will be there but since my panic disorder is pretty severe I’m still having trouble.

Well, I have the same thing, i have anxiety too. Try to focus on deep slow breathing, and know that you are safe and it will pass you will survive the attack.
Counseling also helps, to talk about what you are going through. I hope you find these things helpful. you may want to talk to your doctor also about anti anxiety medicine to calm you.
I know this feeling very well as im leaving for college for the first time in a few days and i tend to get very nervous just thinking about it and im not even there yet. It depends what is triggering your panic disorder. If your like me all you can remember is that everyone is in the same boat with you. You are all new to your school, and everyone is atleast a little nervous. Try to be out going, meet someone and get into conversation as your less likely to get panicy when your mind is entertained. Just dont talk in class too much as that could get you introuble. Enjoy high school, its a lot of fun.
