Tooth Aching From Cavity?

I got my teeth checked out Thursday of this week and I have a cavity in one of my teeth. I’m scheduled to get it filled in on June 3rd, but it’s almost always aching. Do you think I should try getting it scheduled earlier?

Overcome Panic Attacks
Deffinately try to get in sooner. Phone the office and explain what is up. I decided to wait one time on a cavity and it ended up needing a root canal. If you tap your tooth with a metal spoon and the pain is very severe then you probably will need a root canal.
But yeah phone the office and explain the problem. If they can’t fit you in earlier ask to be put on a cancellation list.
Absolutely. There should be no reason for you to endure such pain. Call your dentist and tell him/her to schedule you in for an emergency appointment, especially if your pain is affecting your quality of life.
