The cause of shyness/insecurity/anxiety?
August 8th, 2010
I used to be very shy/insecure/anxious, and I had no idea how to fix it. So, I went to a psychiatrist and she placed me on an anti-pyschotic (what she calls “ego-glue, as it collects the mind). After switching medicines and doses COUNTLESS times, I realized the cause of shyness/insecurity/anxiety.
Shyness/insecurity/anxiety is caused by psychosis – psychosis is the ailment that produces these symptoms.
Basically, to be psychotic is to be mostly mind (identify as mind) with one’s SELF within, masked by the mind. To be normal (correct) is to be mostly self (identify as self) with one’s MIND within, masked by the self.
Now that I’m normal (not psychotic), I have no shyness/insecurity/anxiety. If you have any of these, you are technically psychotic, as it’s not natural to have these symptoms if in a normal state – an anti-psychotic would cure you of all these symptoms.
Observing, I’d say about 1/2 of the world is sane (normal), 1/4 is in between, and 1/4 is psychotic.
Your comments?
The reason one is shy/insecure/anxious is due to having one’s “head in the clouds,” aka being out of touch with reality (psychotic).

no antipsychotic has ever cured anyone………
hormones are thought to be behind so called ‘psychosis’
so now you can identify your ‘self’……….and mind.
write a book, but this isnt objective at all nor factual
John
iv known lots and lots of people that are shy ,and have anxiety disorders that are not psychotic. you cant judge every one by your experience .
glad your normal
but for me normal is being venerable and working through your hang ups and resolving inner conflicts and not bearing them under drugs. this is for me, what ever works for you is fine
