A Dip in my old bed is causing me back pain every night now?

November 19th, 2011

??ow asked:

My bed is 5 years old and because I always sleep in the middle of it, it has a shallow dip which causes my back to be aligned crooked when I sleep and I have lower and upper back pain from it.

What can I do? The mattress is not flippable.

For about a few weeks I’ve been experiencing strong upper back pains. At nights it is so difficult to sleep cuz it feels like a have a needle stabbed. I’ve googled solutions, but tutorials or exercises target only to lower back. I’m in my twenties and have been in a few accidents.

Please advise me

me like kinky asked:

I’ve had an upper back pain on the right for over a year now. The doctor said it was probably an irritated muscle. I just got over a cough recently, but the left side is beginning to hurt just mildly. Should I be worried?
