How to get rid of anxiety?

I have anxiety disorder/panic disorder.How can I get rid of this?I get anxiety attacks under stress,traveling,going to school,going to restaurants,going somewhere new.I want to get over this almost completely so I can travel around a lot more without the fear of having an attack and hopefully go vacationing to a country I’ve really wanted to go to since I was little
