So, my boyfriend woke me up early this morning saying his heart was pounding really fast and it wouldn’t slow down. So he went to the ER and they told him he was fine but was just under a lot of stress. Which we both knew and I’ve tried to tell him to at least talk to someone but he refuses to and says he’s fine. Is there anything I can do to help him not have another attack? Also, can anything severe happen from this? May I just add that I always tell him that he can tell me anything but he doesn’t want to.

There is a girl I like so much she is the sun that lights my earth and every time I’m going to talk to her my anxiety shoots up through the roof and I end up not saying anything and after the fact I beat myself up for it, pretty sure it’s so bad is because I haven’t really had a great track record with girls so that adds to my stress. Please help

Literally all day until I sleep, I have been thinking about “when is this gonna end”, “what happened to me”, “am I ruined forever”. On top of this, during this period I have moved out from my house and started seeing a girl who I really really like. So i’m under a ton of stress obviously. Can this cause someone to develop a more serious mental illness? Like schizophrenia?
