btw, I went to the doctor the first day, when I had my first panic attack, the first man said he wasn’t sure if I had anything wrong with me, my blood pressure was perfect for my age. We went to another doctor just to get another opinion, she said I’m absolutely fine, I’m just a little too stressed for my age.
So, that hopefully, must lead to anxiety.
Since I have the symptoms.
numbness/tingling/slight coldness at times in toes/fingers.
dizziness sometimes, and shortness of breath, chest pain.
I need your help please

Also, the day I had my panic attack I weighed 68 kilos, now 65.

and I’ve heard about easycalm.com, the linden method, and a few more.

After I told the flight attendant, she gave him oxygen which seemed to calm him down and help him relax. As soon as the oxygen ran out, his numbness and shallow breathing returned. My husband loves to travel and has been on planes his whole life. He has always felt a little sick to his stomach while flying but that has never stopped him from flying all over the world. After looking online, it seems that he has some type of anxiety related to flying. When he gets home he will be going to a doctor, but in the meantime we are flying home next week. Does anybody have any help or suggestions for how to help him if he begins to notice the same symptoms on the flight home? Thank you!

I would really like to talk with someone who is going through the same thing. The first symptom I ever had was numbing of my hands, then a few days later my left foot, leg, arm and hand went numb. My throat closed up and my heartrate was extremley high. I thought I was going to die from a heartattack. All I could think about was my little girl living her life without her mom. So anyways, I went to the hospital and he told me I was having a panic attack. Few days later, it was not only my left side but also my right foot, leg, arm and hand.. ocassionally my head, face and lower back. I went to a different doctor and he said they werent panic attacks because they only affect the left side, is this true?? He said the numbness of my right side had to be from something different other than panic attacks but I personally think they are panic attacks but not 100% sure. No one has given me any medication to help it and its starting to become very bothersome and nerve wracking. Anyone else experience panic attacks that result in right side numbness?? Oh and sometimes I dont feel like Im having a panic attack but my limbs will still go numb and ive noticed that the attacks only come at night ???
