Is there any specific exercise or method to get rid of extreme lower back pain? I got it during my pregnancy and it doesn’t seem to go away. I know it’s not because of my weight because I have been having it since I got pregnant, not when I gained weight. My bones are all messed up back there. I’ve been to a physical therapist but my bone always goes back to the wrong place (sideways). What should I do?

Shelley: I’ve tried that too (3 times)…it didn’t made much difference. Does that mean I’ll need a surgery? No matter where I go, doctors tell me they can’t help. Well, they are not the ones who can’t get up in the morning without help.

I have some back pain, it’s in my very lower back, right to the right of my spine, it’s not a sharp pain or anything, it’s just discomfort. I was curious if that could be related to pregnancy?
