I am a runner with constant lower right back pain when pressure is applied to right foot. What’s going on?

I have since been using the elliptical which seems not to bother me! I am 26 yrs old and feel as if i’m to young to have back pains lol. It even pains when walking! When I stretch with my arms back, a pain gets in the middle of my 2 *******. What is it?

Im 20 wks and 4 days pregnant and I have been having pain on my back on the right side. What can it be?

The pain comes only when Im sitting in a car for some reason and it doesnt come that often. Its on the right side over my hip. The best way i could explain it is where you would put your hand to strike a pose lol. Does this have to do anything with my pregnancy?
