Would upper cervical treatment help low back pain?

August 19th, 2011

Lauren Lockhart asked:

I’ve been having lower back pain for a few years now and it’s now gotten to the point of numbness and tingling down my legs. I’m considering going to an upper cervical chiropractor. The Xrays show that my atlas is crooked and is causing my back to realign itself, leading to a messed up lower back, but I don’t have neck, upper or middle back pains (minus tightness in muscles). So, would upper cervical treatment sound right?

Anxiety caused by medication?

September 1st, 2010

Mike asked:

Hi, I’ve had a breathing problem for the past 2 months. Finally, I’m taking daily Acid Reflux medication..Prevacid (started 3 days ago), as well as Fluconazole for a Fungus.

My family has a history of anxiety.

Right now my legs feel really light, my head and shoulders feel heavy, like I’m going to just pass out, I run my hands through my hair a lot, move my legs and stuff.

Is this anxiety? And do you think it’s caused by the medication? What’s the best thing to do?

Thanks ahead of time.

Anxiety Attack? Please Help?

February 26th, 2010

TruthSeeker asked:

I was under a lot of stress earlier today and had some caffeine as well…as I was talking to someone about what was stressing me out so badly, I almost fainted 3 times. My heart was beating very hard, although only slightly faster than normal. I was shaking and felt like I couldn’t breathe right. I always have floaters in my eyes because of an astigmatism, but they got much worse during all this. Since that happened, I’ve had a very fatigued soreness in both my legs up to my lower back to where I don’t feel like I can even walk (as if I’d just run a marathon). I do have diagnosed generalized anxiety, but have not experienced something like this before. Are these symptoms of a panic attack? If not, are they symptoms of another illness?

Can panic disorder cause problems walking?

October 7th, 2009

Chris I asked:

I am a 19 year old female. I recently had a panic attack 5 days ago and had attacks every few hours for a few days. These attacks would make me shake violently and sometimes not be able to breathe easily. I still shake at times, but I found that I cannot walk since everytime I try my legs feel and act like rubber. Is this common with panic attacks? or can it be another disease like MS?

Do you get back pain when you paint?

September 23rd, 2009

GimmeLuv asked:

When I paint, I usually paint about hours and I get back pain. It’s feels like after I’m working out, you know. After you workout you get some pain in your legs, arms, back, etc. However, I’m only a 16 years old kid, and I’m feel like I’m an older guy. Is it ok to get back pain while painting? Or is it just an every artist thing.
