mytipmaster asked: My wife had lower back pain for long. Xrays show nothing and never had serious treatment as doctors always say, take rest. I recently heard about acupuncture. Did any one try acupuncture for lower back pain with successful results? Does it hurt? How much it costs per session, I have no insurance.

Chickens Don’t Eat Wings asked:
For the past two years I’ve been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. They’re really bad and happen all the time….I’m talking multiple times a day. Is there anyway I can cure this w/o going to a dr? Currently I have no insurance and I ended up in the hospital last yr in the ER b/c of them but never got anything b/c I didn’t have insurance. But if anyone has any sort of technique or anything helpful at all that would be great. thanks!

jon asked: Well, I’ve been having trouble breathing, (At work, home, driving, sometimes right when I wake up) and the doctors keep telling me it’s just anxiety attacks. I’ve had many many anxiety attacks before, but never noticed the trouble breathing before.
Is it possible it could just be asthma? I don’t have any other of the usual anxiety symptoms that I normally get with this trouble breathing…Is asthma detectable even when its not acting up? I don’t have a regular doctor, so I think they over look the other possibilities because I always tell them right away that I’m prone to anxiety attacks…They tell me my lungs are fine, but I never have trouble breathing when I’m getting checked, coincidentally. (I can’t afford to go to the emergency room every time I have trouble breathing due to a min. wage job, and no insurance yet.)

funnangow asked: I’m 23 F. I recently started experiencing back pain… oddly I think it was as a result of being in a Pilates class during which I slightly overstretched my back muscles.
Anyhow, the pain has not gone away for about a month and I am slightly freaking out. Now if I sit straight up and twist myself from side to side, I hear a grinding noise. Does anyone know why this is happening? I started noticing it today.
Of course, this is terrible timing because I recently quit my job and now do not have any form of decent health insurance. I’m interested in hearing any suggestions as to what my problem is and what remedies may exist for it (home remedies and professional remedies welcome).
