I have been sore throughout my body on-and-off the past few days. My legs hurt sometimes (my thighs), my back sometimes, my neck and jaw sometimes, my stomach sometimes and my arms sometimes.

I don’t have any other symptoms. Somtimes I feel nauseated but not too often. I take levothyroixine for my hypothyroidism.

I went to the ER the other night and they took an EKG and chest x-ray and they apparently came back normal. They said that my heart rate for my EKG was high but that it was normal since I went in with the symptoms of an anxiety attack. Also, when I first went in, my blood pressure was high but has since gone back down to normal. The doc even listened to my heart and said that everything was fine.

Has anybody else had symptoms like this? What should I do? My father had cardiomyopathy and it freaks me out that I am getting it. Any advice helps!
I am a 24-year-old male. The doc said that I was too young to have a heart attack.
