anxiety attack,dizziness and heart beat fast?

Recently I been experiencing symptoms along with dizziness,anxiety and heart beat fast. I been taking xanax 0.25mg daily or sometimes 0.5mg. Sometimes during anxiety attack I feel my heart pain for 2mins then it goes off. Pls advise so that I can take the best medication cure.
