Last night I started to have these weird attacks where my body went crazy. I started to have hot flashes and dizziness and I became nautious. My heart started beating really fast and i felt like I couldn’t breathe and like I was going to pass out. My first reaction was that I was haveing a sugar attack becasue I’ve had those before but I had sugar that day and that didn’t seem right. I looked it up on google and my symptoms were of an anxiety attck. Except there’s one problem, I don’t know what their coming from. I wasn’t worrying or afraid until the attack came on me.
