My lower back hurts very bad when I walk. When I sit down by tail bone area starts to hurt. What could this be from? I was planning on going to the chiropractor soon. What can I do to help ease my pain until I go in? I need to do walking around and running and stuff which is really hard to do with pain like this. Any help would be great!

Hey, I am 36 weeks, 75% effaced and 1 cm dialated. I have been having these period-like cramps in my lower stomach and bad back pain but my stomach is not really tightening up at all. Are they contractions?? They also really don’t build and then decrease in intensity to much.
