In order to find an anxiety cure, you must begin by removing yourself from stressful situations. If your job becomes overwhelming, take a break for a few moments and walk outside for some fresh air. If it is a personal situation, find ways to relax through a hobby, a warm bath, a good book, or anything that helps you remove yourself from the stress. do you know anyone with an anxiety disorder?

my doc says i have an anxiety problem. he didn’t say an anxiety disorder, although the problem was multiple month lasting and ive been on medication for it for a few months. Anyways, I was just wondering if you knew anyone with an anxiety disorder and how common it is.
