Many times, when I go to the beach I get an extreme pain in my back. It usually happens when I drink. It does not happen every time though. It has happened multiple times in Ocean city, MD, Myrtle beach, Virginia beach, and cancun. It does not seem to happen when I am home. Does anyone have some kind of explanation for the pain and its links to the beach and alcohol.

As a side note, I got my kidneys checked by my doctor and he said they were fine. He does not know why my back does this.

The anxiety leads to a sort of panic attack. Some of my worst symptoms include: tightness in chest and abdomen, sweating, irregular heartbeat- dizzyness, tingling and numbness in limbs- hyperventalation/shortness of breath. This has unfortunately gotten so bad its seriously affected my life. I have found no cure for it yet. I cant go out and be social without having these constant attacks- they get so bad that i feel i might die or pass out. When i feel one coming on i just drop whatever it is im doing and go lay down till it passes. Sometimes they last for months on end. Sleep seems to be the only temporary relief for me. My doctor prescribed me with a powerful antidepressant, and that didnt help at all- i self medicate myself using alcohol- this seems to be the only thing that calms me down.. Does anyone know of a better way or a cure to eliminate this misery from my life.
