John Currie asked:

When your stress levels are high this can one of the main causes of ringing ears, when we are stressed our body is under attack and our immune system is working overtime. Let me explain, The hypothalamus is a primitive part of the brain situated below the third ventricle. The hypothalamus is responsible for producing essential chemicals needed to make us function normally and is severely affected by shock, grief, and long continued stress. When one is subjected to long periods of stress, shock or grief, those essential chemicals are not produced by the hypothalamus as normal all types of unhealthy conditions can occur and ringing in the ears is just one of these.

One of the most important factors of ringing in ears is the fact that it creates trauma to the person suffering from it and it will affect their family too. The longer it goes on and the more severe the tinnitus, the worse the emotional side effects for the tinnitus sufferer. The mental strain that this condition can cause is exhausting to even the strongest person. It is known that when we are completely run down the levels of tinnitus symptoms seems to rise and get ringing gets louder.

To simply explain it, any ailment that involves hearing problems is likely to exhibit a symptom of ringing in the ears. Some difficulty in hearing may bring on ringing in the ears because of the absence of sound waves being received by the brain. This instant obliteration of sound waves can cause an erratic action on the part of the brain since it has gotten used to interpreting the sound it receives on a regular basis.

Today’s tip to stop ringing ears:

After discovering what causes ringing ears in the first place try and avoid more damage to your ears.

Without the regular sound waves that it has to interpret, the brain will try so hard and in the process it short circuits itself, which is then the abnormal sound or so called ringing in the ears that a person with tinnitus can hear. This explains why the ringing noise in the ears is something that can be heard only by the person having it because it is something that happens internally. There are no external factors which causes it hence a person having tinnitus must not expect that other people can hear the noise they are hearing.

Many people with tinnitus, find that it completely interferes with normal daily functions of their lives. People become angry, depressed, withdrawn and afraid to be around people. You may stop going out in public, visiting your friends or family and you may even dread going to work. But keep your head up once you have determined exactly what causes ringing ears you can start a treatment that will help you end your nightmare. When I was introduced these remedies, I had discovered a treatment for tinnitus that was so effective and worked so quickly without any adverse side effects whatsoever, that this was the next best thing to a cure for me. Now, you can have the same success in treating your tinnitus.

The cause of shyness/insecurity/anxiety?

August 8th, 2010

Objective Faith asked:

I used to be very shy/insecure/anxious, and I had no idea how to fix it. So, I went to a psychiatrist and she placed me on an anti-pyschotic (what she calls “ego-glue, as it collects the mind). After switching medicines and doses COUNTLESS times, I realized the cause of shyness/insecurity/anxiety.

Shyness/insecurity/anxiety is caused by psychosis – psychosis is the ailment that produces these symptoms.

Basically, to be psychotic is to be mostly mind (identify as mind) with one’s SELF within, masked by the mind. To be normal (correct) is to be mostly self (identify as self) with one’s MIND within, masked by the self.

Now that I’m normal (not psychotic), I have no shyness/insecurity/anxiety. If you have any of these, you are technically psychotic, as it’s not natural to have these symptoms if in a normal state – an anti-psychotic would cure you of all these symptoms.

Observing, I’d say about 1/2 of the world is sane (normal), 1/4 is in between, and 1/4 is psychotic.

Your comments?
The reason one is shy/insecure/anxious is due to having one’s “head in the clouds,” aka being out of touch with reality (psychotic).
