How can I stop having panic attacks?

I have been having a lot of panic attacks recently, and they won’t stop. I have exams at the moment, finishing Monday, and have had six attacks in 3 weeks. The symptoms normally include hyperventilation, raised pulse (resting pulse is 52, in attacks it can rise to 120), feeling very hot (cold after attacks), chest pains (1 attack) and passing out (3 attacks). I have also found I’ve been blanking the last 30-60 seconds before I pass out. I am too anxious to concentrate on my revision. I have found I can releive anxiety by any form of physical activity (which helps in the short term), or by going the pub (which I know isn’t a constructive response). Has anyone else got any suggestions?
