sometimes i experience arm pain but also it spreads to my back and lasts about 3 secs. is that part of it all?

what do you mean by ‘heart compultions’? consider your diet, age and weight; are you at risk for heart problems? It could be your heart; pain in arm radiating to torso or back, anxiety, hypertension, nausea, sweats, feeling pressure in chest. it also could be an allergic reaction to something in your environment or diet. a third possibility is needing a good chiropractic adjustment. check with your doctor.
