Panic Attack?

I probably do have a panic disorder (family history), but it’s strange because I don’t have that anxiety, that all-of-a-sudden fear that most panic attacks have. My symptoms are:
Chest pains
Sudden Dizziness
Heart Palapatations, followed by sudden loss of breath (just a few seconds long)
Heartburn (I don’t know if this relates to it)
FYI: They all don’t come at once.
If somebody knows what I’m going through or is a doctor, please give me your opinion.

Sounds like anemia or hypoglycemia.
You’d need blood tests for anemia, but you can check for hypoglycemia here:

I don’t think it’s a panic attack but it could be. You really need to see your doctor to be sure.
