Its not a new mattress.

I am overweight (but have started taking regular exercise), however have not hurt my back/shoulders recently at all.

I never have this pain when I sleep on the couch

I have woke up the last three days with terrible lower back pains, I have tried tylenol and a heating pad. But the pain won’t go away. It stays with me all day. What can I or should I do? Any ideas for me? Please help… I have too much to do this weekend, no time for annoying pain! Oh yeah I forgot to mention I had a hystorectomy so I know it doen’t have to do with a period.
