my teeth have a constant ache.help?

Several things could be going on…
Recession…causes sensitivity that you describe
(recession can be caused by brushing too hard, clenching, periodontal disease…etc)
Bleaching your teeth can cause sensitivity
Or you may have TMD (temporal mandibular disorder)
-which is pain in your jaw joint, temporal mandibular joint, also known as TMJ…the joint that connects your lower jaw to your skull)…your bite could have caused this.
All is a guessing game unless one can see you clinically with x-rays.
