Is it possible to have a heart attack at 19?

This morning at about 5 AM I started to experience some intense chest pain. The pain spread to my left arm, neck, and sometimes to my back. At the time I thought I was either having a panic attack or a heart attack, but there were no other symptoms from a panic attack besides the chest pain and anxiety. The pain started to subside a bit after I took a hot shower and I was eventually able to fall asleep. It’s been over 12 hours and my chest/heart area still hurts, and when I lay down a certain way I can hear a strange sound when my heart beats. Any idea what this could be? Should I go to the hospital?

i definetly think you should go to at least a doctor. maybe even the hospital. i’m not sure what it could be but it’s better to be safe, so go get it checked out right away
