HIya, i have panic attakcs and they r awful lol. erm well i dont like my parents going away and i dont like sleepovers as of not wanting to leave home. . . but if your parents r going away id rather attempt to stay with some one where they can comfort u when ur worried and scared … so i would remember to take everything u wil need and stuff that will comfort u like a favourtie teddy if ur into tht type of thing … if ya get me drift.
and remember if u do start havng a panic attack or think u r sit down try n sty calm and breathe deeply and get the oxygen around ur body and too your brain

If you are in the 6th grade then you are too young to LEGALLY stay home alone for 4 days. You either have to stay with someone with an adult present or you have to go with your parents. If you do not and CPS hears of it they will remove you from your parent’s home and place you into foster care and charge your parents with child endangerment, and abandonment, especially if you have panic attacks.

that sounds exactly like me, and i personally didnt do ANYTHING until the summer after my sophomore year when i went to a sleep-camp for a week. then this summer i went to spain for a month of all places!!!
plus my parents went to florida this past winter, and i was given almost total control of my sister (were 17 and 10) and my mom just had this college girl here at night but i didnt need that.
everyone grows up at different rates, taht was just me. but i mean this would be a great growing experience for you and will let you know that you CAN do anything you want to. can you stay with a close grandparent or relative? or a really close friend who knows you really well and will make you feel comfortable
just tell youself that you CAN do it, and you will be able too
