How to get rid of the pain in my feet do to flat feet?

I have flat feet and only recently have I had pain because of it. I am not able to see my doctor for at least 2 months is there anything that I can do to minimize the pain in my feet? The pain is in the heel, inside of the foot, ankle, and the outside of the foot. My feet also turn inward when I am standing. Please help
