Pray, read your bible and ask God to heal you and to remove this from your life. Ask God for his wisdom, and his mercy.
Pray, believe me prayer changes things. When you pray God hears you, just pray with a sincere heart and believe that God can do all things, even the things that you are asking.

Meditation is proven to relieve anxiety. There are many forms of meditation. All good meditation includes breathing as part of the practice. If you can download mp3′s, search for meditation.
Another thing you can do is practice doing/ being things you are a little bit afraid of doing being. Then a little bit more.
I imagine if you where in a contest and all you had to do to win a million dollars was to go to school you never been before, a restaurant where you have to sing a song to get supper, fly in a plane, jump from 20 feet into a pool of water, and speak in front of 100 people, you’d rise to the occasion…and you’d feel you could do almost anything after doing those (once upon a time) scary things !!!

You can’t get rid of them, I’ve been trying for 8 years. You just learn to cope with them. I have my own coping methods, since I don’t take any meds for my panic attacks. What works for me is either a shower, or when I feel one come on I will try to get myself busy to get my mind off of whatever is freaking me out at the moment. And for the times that they panic attack likes to all of a sudden show up, full blown with no warning, I have to call someone and I tell them to just talk to me about anything, and I also tell them do not ask me if I’m okay. That’s how I deal with mine.

I get lots of clients with exactly the same problem. The best way to deal with it is to start off by learning how to reduce your stress. Then you won’t get so stressed so you won’t get a panic attack. There’s a good book on panic attacks at.
When people come to see me I use CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), hypnosis and EFT. CBT helps you understand why you’re reacting the way you do and what is actually happening, EFT is a technique that you use yourself to take control over your feelings and hypnosis helps you to feel calmer, more positive and confident that things can be different. If you’re looking for someone who uses those techniques then make sure they’re someone you feel comfortable with. Speak to them beforehand, have a look at their web site.
I also run anxiety reduction teleseminars which is a nice easy way to find out some useful techniques. A teleseminar means you don’t have to go out, you don’t have to meet new people – no one even knows you’re on the line unless you want them to! Details at.
I hope that helps. It is possible to change – I’ve seen lots of my clients do so.
Best Wishes

It looks like you have social anxiety,I would like to suggest you a fantastic way using which you can end panic atttacks for ever.Imagine you never worrying about panic attacks and life will be so good. I am feeling the same thing after having this. This does not require you to take any medications or any phils or any doctor. You can jsut do it your self and with in 2 days you will be out of that
check this link below to enroll..

I have totally gone through all of your above experiences, you are not alone =).
Suggestions:
Seeing a psychologist/psychiatrist would help, whether you would like to take medication is up to personal choice, something which you can discuss with a psychiatrist.
Personally for me, my big breakthrough came when i realised that it is not others judging me that created my anxiety and that I was in fact projecting my own judgments upon myself through ‘them’. For my general anxiety, I began to care less about the world (not in a reckless way of course!) and just be more accepting of circumstances. The Beatles song ‘Let it be’ comes to mind.

And lastly, some books on personal/spiritually development can offer a fresh perspective. I’ll personally recommend ‘A New Earth’ by Eckhart Tolle.
