You could start by talking to your school counselor or talk to your parents about seeing a therapist.

The best place to start is with a diagnosis by your primary physician who can then recommend medication if necessary and give you a referral to a therapist who could fit your needs. Your other option is to call around the therapists in your town and ask if they are familiar with anxiety disorders and if they are accepting patients.

*At 15 you should be able to take yourself off to your local GP and talk to him about it, they will point you in the right direction if needed.
How to Make Solar Power
Go see your GP first port of call, because he is the gatekeeper to all of these type of services, and he will be able to send a referral letter for you to be seen by a psychotherapist or counsellor who will have the necessary training and experience. You can go private, but that costs, and , if you do, make sure that the therapist is registered with the UKCCP, Bacup, BPS, or other professional body. All NHS professionals are up to speed- they have to be. You may have to wait up to 6 months to be seen, but, as you are so young, I would say, you should get it a lot quicker. The charity MIND should be able to help with information on who to contact as well, and supply free support services. Your GP can also refer you to the Psychology Department of the nearest UIniversity free clinic. There’s plenty of help out there, it just means you have to call or visit. The internationally famous Westminster Pastoral Foundation in Kensington, London do free clinics. They have subsidiaries elsewhere too, I think. Hope this helps.
