is the tooth that fell out complete?
if it is the you will have exposed nerves which will sting a lot. if this is the case i would wait a few hours to let it start to heal, if it still hurts go to the dentist.
if the tooth isn’t complete then go to the dentist so that they can extract it.
try taking paracetamol to help with the pain and avoid any crunchy food, rinse your mouth after eating to keep the hole clean and try not to play with the hole with your tongue.
