Help i have a weird stabbing pain in the back of my right thigh when im driving?

when i sit down in my car to drive after about 5 minutes in the back of my right thigh it feels like knives stabbing into it and i have to stop on the side of the road and struggle to get out of my car.
whats wrong with me?
could it be a pinched nerve?
i cant drive at all it hurts so bad!!
but when i stand up the pain goes away.

You need to talk to your own doctor about getting an orthopaedic opinion. You don’t say how old you are, but it could equally be arthritis of your hip. You need your hip and lower back X-rayed in any case.
