Has anyone taken Zoloft for panic attacks or anxiety does the medication stop the symptoms?

i only got fast heart beat cause of panic attacks…

I don’t take Zoloft but I do have panic attacks. My doctor prescribed Wellbutrin and a benzodiazepine (klonopin) to take when I do have a panic attack. It acts fast to calm you, vs the pills you take daily. Sounds like you may benefit from something like that.

Dunno, I’ve been taking Paxil and Valium. Seems to work ok.
I take Zoloft for panic attacks/anxiety disorder for about 2 months.
Those symptoms you have looks like a panic attack or too much anxiety.
Zoloft is an anti depressive to help on anxiety disorder, but usually its prescribed an anxyoltic to “do the job” ( i was prescribed Alprazolam – Xanax). And i thought that dry mouth was a side effect from Alprazolam and not Zoloft… Not sure though…
Those symptoms look like something serious.. i would ask opinion _immediatly_ to a doctor!
