Do you get back pain when you paint?
September 23rd, 2009
GimmeLuv asked:
When I paint, I usually paint about hours and I get back pain. It’s feels like after I’m working out, you know. After you workout you get some pain in your legs, arms, back, etc. However, I’m only a 16 years old kid, and I’m feel like I’m an older guy. Is it ok to get back pain while painting? Or is it just an every artist thing.

Yes, I get back pain…try standing with one foot on a 4 inch step up to ease your lower back. I use an old Coke bottle box.
