Do panic attacks have any positive effects on the heart/cardiovascular system of the sufferer?

Lets say if a physically healthy person experienced panic attacks once a day for a month in which each attack lasted 15-20 minutes, would the sufferer experience any positive effects on the cardiovascular system due to the elevated heart rate (120+ bpm)during the attack? Does a panic attack not simulate intense exercise in someways? Just curious…
