jon asked: Well, I’ve been having trouble breathing, (At work, home, driving, sometimes right when I wake up) and the doctors keep telling me it’s just anxiety attacks. I’ve had many many anxiety attacks before, but never noticed the trouble breathing before.
Is it possible it could just be asthma? I don’t have any other of the usual anxiety symptoms that I normally get with this trouble breathing…Is asthma detectable even when its not acting up? I don’t have a regular doctor, so I think they over look the other possibilities because I always tell them right away that I’m prone to anxiety attacks…They tell me my lungs are fine, but I never have trouble breathing when I’m getting checked, coincidentally. (I can’t afford to go to the emergency room every time I have trouble breathing due to a min. wage job, and no insurance yet.)

KOKO asked: I’ve had it for a long time now.. i went to the doctor and they gave me antibiotics, i felt better while i was on them but that didn’t fully cure me.
Whenever I am in the cold it worsens, it’s hard to breathe and such, because of all the phlegm i have in my chest.
I eat halls cough drops and they help a lot but I’m tired of depending on them and anxiety worsens my problem by a lot.
the phlegm is clear, in the morning it’s yellowish and when i get up in the morning i blow my nose and there are strands of blood.. and my nose is usually stuffy also.
Thanks for help, in advanced.

Qwerty 123 asked: I been having anxiety attack/ panic attack like symptom and migrane only when I am trying to fall asleep..or sometimes middle of my sleep.
I visited a doctor. The acupuncturist told me that my lung is like narrow.. that’s why it makes me difficult to like breathe or something, causing the symptoms of attacks when I am laying down..
what causes it? how can I be cured? are there vitamins? or minerals?
