I have anticipatory anxiety pretty bad, especially in situations such as going to the doctors. I recently discovered I’m pregnant and of course now I have to go to the doctors a lot (which I’m already nervous about). I get so nervous it skyrockets my blood pressure and heart rate. I know it’s not good for the baby and I have a therapist, but he really doesn’t seem to help much. What can I do to stop this? Has anyone else been through this and overcame it?

Went to the doc yesterday. She said relax. But the baby’s head is not down and was 2 weeks ago
Doctor said to relax and get some rest. I am a mother of 3 now so maybe i am doing to much. Anyone know any positions i should be in to help the baby drop his head where its supposed to be and stay there?
