I asked a previous health question and a women answered it might be anxiety (just last feb i had my first sign of anxiety on a costly trip of emergency room visit 800$ and he said i had anxiety ) so i quit working two jobs! THe pain went away however i started full time school and work 50 hours a week so my fear is that i have the anxiety attack thing again. Is there anything known to help anxiety with out seeking a doctor out just until i finish school because i cant afford health insurance untill i am done with school because when i am done with school i will have medical coverage because i will be a paralegal working for a law firm

I have been living with anxiety my whole life it seems. Over the last couple years it has caused me to have muscle tension/pain in my shoulders and now my neck as well. Since April I have headaches/migraines. I stopped working and some days I have to stay on my couch the whole day because of how the pain has gotten. I am getting health insurance next month but I just wanted to know if anyone has had this extreme physical pain from anxiety or is it possibly something else?

After four hours on a flight to Europe, my husband told me that he was concerned because his face and hands were numb. After I told the flight attendant, she gave him oxygen which seemed to calm him down and help him relax. As soon as the oxygen ran out, his numbness and shallow breathing returned. I also noticed that he was sweating and he had to go to the bathroom all of a sudden several times.

My husband loves to travel and has been on planes his whole life. He has always felt a little sick to his stomach while flying but that has never stopped him from flying all over the world. After looking online, it seems that he has some type of anxiety related to flying. When he gets home he will be going to a doctor, but in the meantime we are flying home next week. Does anybody have any help or suggestions for how to help him if he begins to notice the same symptoms on the flight home? Thank you!

I probably do have a panic disorder (family history), but it’s strange because I don’t have that anxiety, that all-of-a-sudden fear that most panic attacks have. My symptoms are:

Chest pains
Sudden Dizziness
Heart Palapatations, followed by sudden loss of breath (just a few seconds long)
Heartburn (I don’t know if this relates to it)

FYI: They all don’t come at once.

If somebody knows what I’m going through or is a doctor, please give me your opinion.

I’ve been having symptoms of numbness in my upper left arm, my face feels a little numb, I get rapid heart beat, and sometimes hot flashes all randomly throughout the day and at night is when it starts to get a lot worse. I was prescribed Klonopin today. and I was wondering how long it takes to get in your system. I am taking half a miligram breaking the pill in half and taking a half twice a day. I’ve been really scared that something is wrong with me and I was wondering if all the symptoms I listed above are normal to keep happening during the day? Also, I took my Klonopin earlier and it made me feel a bit better and about 3 hours later it was worn off. Does anyone know why? I just need some advise and relief that things are gonna be okay. Half the time I don’t know what to do. I can barely even eat right. I get spasms in my neck when I start to eat. I don’t know. Can anyone give me any advise?
