Ok, my friend told me that he has a tooth ache and so he took some left over penicillin from the last time his dentist gave him some. In other words he did not take the full dose the prior time he had a tooth problem (about a year ago, so he now took it to relieve the symptoms this time. But of course he will not have a full dose for this episode. I was trying to tell him why this is all bad to be doing, but could not remember specifically why. Please help me find a way to explain it to him.

I’ve never had dental problems before but my wisdom tooth came in and a couple other teeth chipped and now need to be pulled. The migraines from the tooth ache are like something I’ve never experienced before so I’m sure getting a tooth pulled would hurt like hell. But I’m 27 weeks pregnant so they probably can’t give me as much pain medicine. I’m scared! Anyone been through this?

I do not have clove or clove oil. Swelling is only on outside of jaw. Nothing on inside, no pus or anything coming from tooth. I think pulp is bad.
