Im having alot of trouble breathing?Plz read on?

Well i had this for like 2-3 years now??? and i donno if its allergies, but my puffer dont seem to be working so it could be all in my head like anxiety…….my usual anxiety cure (to tell the anxiety to bring it on cause i aint afraid) works for when i feel like theres a lump in my thrroat but it dont work for the breathing…i also found it hard to breathe in the winter…..like christmas time a few years ago…well i used to have asthma but i grew out of it….and the more i think about it , it gets worse….Maybe it is all in my head. i need ur help!
