How long does it take for Anti-Depressants to wear off? I stopped taking them about 5 months ago?

I feel like I am messed up for life.Yesterday I found out that 1 of the pills I took was also antidepressent med. Dr. priscribed it for me for lack of sleep. So I thought it was a sleeping pill. I took 2 other antidepressent pills around the same time. I was never depressed or did I have anxiety attacks to begin with. I never understood people who were depressed because I was never in that situation. But stupid me I had to call the clinic because I had frequent periods. The nurse asked me what am I waiting for & to go see the doctor ASAP. So I went to the imergancy. They gave me provera for 2 weeks. I started experiening bad side effects the next day I took it. But I didn’t tell anybody. Because I didn’t know or research that this medication would have side effects. I had bad thoughts. So I went back again to the Dr. they gave me 3 other antidepressents. I stopped them in 3 months of taking them. Soon after I got pregnant. Now I still have bad symptoms. I am missarable.
