Break Through Bleeding & other Symptoms. Really Scared?

Alright- I’m an Alarmest.. Every little that happens to me- i always think its going to lead to sudden death. (dont ask and im going to a shrink about it- and im also on Effexor) I just started YAZ birthcontrol two weeks ago, and i have not stopped bleeding since. Some days its barley there- and other days its so heavy. Its a silly question but could you die from breakthrough bleeding?! I also feel dizzy from time to time which makes me think i lost a lot of blood and have been getting more anxiety attacks then usual. Im thinking about just stopping the pill- i have to talk to my doctor but he wont be in for 2 days. i dont know what to do! i need advicee- please helpp!
