Chickens Don’t Eat Wings asked:
For the past two years I’ve been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. They’re really bad and happen all the time….I’m talking multiple times a day. Is there anyway I can cure this w/o going to a dr? Currently I have no insurance and I ended up in the hospital last yr in the ER b/c of them but never got anything b/c I didn’t have insurance. But if anyone has any sort of technique or anything helpful at all that would be great. thanks!

Need to figure out what it is that is causing the anxiety/panic, and usually is related to intense fears…….
Valerian root is said to help with anxiety and can be bought at health food store. But since you are having several panic attacks daily, you have it pretty good. (see link)
Do address your demons…..and look at what it is that is causing the panic……I know it is fears, but up to you to figure out what it is that powers those fears…….

This is probably not that useful but my friend told me a great relaxing thing where you imagine a really nice feeling like a warm ball of energy and light and you slowly move it from your toes up your leg, down the other leg and slowly throughout your body to make you feel better when you’re anxious, at least you could try it ?

I highly recommend the Panic Away system. It has helped a lot of people overcome anxiety/panic attacks without medication. If you want to check it out you can visit my blog. Good luck!
