i feel like im getting symptoms of a heart attack im getting like burning feels near my shoulder near the armpit on my left sid and chest pains on my left side that will go down my heart and these symptoms stay through out the day i went to the ER and they ran an Ekg test and monitered my heart and got an xray done but the doc said everything came out fine and that im am stressed out and he gave my pills to take (lorazepam) i wanna go back to the doctors cuz im pretty scared about getting a heart attack this is been happening for about 4 months do heart attack symptoms last this long too but am i getting heart attack symptoms or anxiety attacks
im 24 old male
it happens more towards the night but it comes and goes thru the day and its everyday
and i wanna edit something its doesnt go down my heart and it goes down my left arm my mistake

Ok, well,its a bit to young to think about getting one? But anything is possible. I think you should tell your doctor how your feeling. i think you should be with a friend just incase. You never know. Because Obv the doctors are going to tell you you are fine and give you more pills. Maybe rest alot and try to relax since you are stressed out alot which is very un healthy. Go out for a run every morning at 6am. At a few fruits and take your vitamins. I wish you the best of luck,sir.
